Variotrac 300
The Variotrac 300 is the historic self-propelled wheeled machine in our range. The first of the Plaisance brand, created 30 years ago, it is still the right compromise between power and performance. It’s ideal for bulkhead maintenance and day-to-day brushcutting.
The VT 300 is equipped with the BF 501R-2000 forestry mulcher. This mulcher is reinforced with High Elastic Limit steel and HARDOX®, metals that combine strength and lightness. The skids are adjustable in 3 positions. It’s ideal for maintaining hunting lines, cleaning under power lines, near gas pipelines or railroads.

Inside the cabin
The cabin is entirely designed by Plaisance Equipements. It is ROPS – FOPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) approved and secured by Margard® glazing. Of course, the interior is air-conditioned, pressurized and soundproofed. The steering wheel can be tilted to suit your height, and the seat is pneumatic for greater comfort. Finally, the electronic display gives access to a wealth of information on the machine, and a screen is dedicated to the rearview camera.

Easy maintenance
Plaisance self-propelled machines are designed to provide easy access to all mechanical parts for daily maintenance, via hatches on either side. As for the cab, it tilts electrically to allow easy access to the interior of the frame. Finally, as our self-propelled machines are entirely manufactured in our Lorraine workshop, spare parts are available directly from our forestry store.
