Tracked self-propelled
The Galotrax range includes 8 tracked self-propelled PLAISANCE machines. Power ratings range from 175 to 765 hp. They are designed to exert low pressure on the ground, reducing the impact on the surrounding biodiversity.
Our self-propelled machines offer easy access to all mechanical parts for rapid daily maintenance. What’s more, the cab can be tilted for easy access to the inside of the frame. Finally, as our self-propelled machines are entirely manufactured in our workshop in the Lorraine region, spare parts are available directly from our forestry store.
PLAISANCE EQUIPEMENTS has designed two series to offer the possibility of working with self-propelled machines that are both efficient and economical.
B-series
The B-Series is a unique direct transfer system from the engine to the PTO, offering two speeds of rotation. The installation of the torque converter makes it possible to increase the power of our self-propelled machines without having to disengage the clutch. We offer this series on our vehicles with powerful engines.
H-series
Our compact self-propelled mulchers are equipped with a hydraulic drive system for greater working flexibility. The power transmitted to the mulcher remains identical and stable in the face of the different materials being processed. Last but not least, the absence of cardan shafts gives our self-propelled machines greater amplitude in relation to the mulcher.

PLAISANCE cabin
The entire cabin was developed by Plaisance Equipements. It is fully secured with Margard® glazing and ROPS – FOPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) approval. The interior is naturally air-conditioned, pressurized and soundproofed. The steering wheel can be tilted, and the seat is fully adjustable to suit your height. Finally, the electronic display gives you access to all the machine’s gauges and indicators.
