General principles
PLAISANCE EQUIPEMENTS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €300,000, whose registered office is located at 1 Grande Rue – 54540 MONTIGNY, registered in the Nancy Trade Register under number 445 039 597, manufactures and markets agricultural and forestry machinery.
As part of this activity, and through its plaisance-equipements.com website (hereinafter the “Site”) or by telephone, PLAISANCE EQUIPEMENTS is required to collect Data allowing the direct or indirect identification of customers, users of the Site or any third party (hereinafter indiscriminately the “Data Subjects” or “You“) and to carry out a Processing of this Data (hereinafter referred to as the ” Treatment“).

This Charter is made available to You when Your Data is collected in order to ensure full transparency of the Processing of Your Data carried out by PLAISANCE EQUIPEMENTS by providing concise, easily accessible, easy-to-understand information formulated in clear and simple terms.
